My little over a week off is finished... back to it today and am I ever glad...
DB Incline Presses: 12x15/12x30/12x35/10x40
Flat DB Presses: 12x20/12x25/11x30/10x35
Push Ups: 10/10/10
Twisting Crunches: 15/15
Seated Leg Tucks: 15/15
