Back at it after almost two weeks...

Jeez.. it's been a long time.. felt good to get back at it...

Didn't get a lot of sleep last night.. my wife is having some serious back pain, and that meant little sleep for both of us... so, I was tired, but I still went at it...

BB Incline Presses: 12x70/12x80/9x90/4x90
Flat Bench D Flys: 12x20/12x20/10x25/9x25
Push Ups: 11/11/10

Leg Raises: 15/15
Ball Reverse Crunch: 15/15
