Back at it...

It's been a silly week... I haven't really worked out since March 19th, almost a week... the neighbours fire, my son being ill (Inner ear infection, seems to be getting better :)), my weird back and working late last night and early this morning.. I think I had two hours of sleep before I had to get up and go to work this morning.... but, I love my job... anyhoo... the knot in my back seems to have loosened up a tad, so I decided to do some work on the Swiss Ball... I was inspired by a Paul Chek video I borrowed from the local college... it's amazing the things you can do with that thing...
Not sure what the exercise was called, but it was like a hip raise: 3x10
Hovers: 3x30 seconds (gonna feel that in the abs tomorrow)
Ball Pushups on toes: 3x10 (the last couple reps were hard as the ball kept rolling away)
Ball Crunches: 3x10
Some balance stuff...
Felt good to do some sort of activity... hopefully my back/shoulder doesn't feel the work tomorrow...
Also, since I've had a week off, I decided to revamp my workout a tad... start it back in the gym on Monday...
