... I even passed up some sorta chocolate swiss roll today... wow....

Warm up for five minutes on eliptical

Norks Pull Downs: 80lbsx10/90lbsx10
Lat Pull Downs: 9px10/9px10
Low Cable Seated Row: 9px10/9px10
Inverted Squats: 245lbsx10/245lbsx10
SLDL/Shrugs: 40lbsx10/50lbsx10
Ball Rolls: 15x2
Tricep Kickbacks on ball: 15lbsx10/15lbsx10
Dips: 10lbsx10/10lbsx10
Crunches: 2x20
Core Stability: 2x15

That's it... felt real sluggish this morning... did NOT want to go, but once I got there, all was good... worked up a bit of an extra sweat today. I think it's all the chocolate trying to get out.
