Deadlifts 185x8 205x8 225x8
Kickbacks 20x10 25x10 30x10
Pressdowns 110x10 120x10 130x10
Rope pull downs 60x10 70x10
Highlights: 225x7 DL I am so happy felt a but heavy but I had 275 in me fur sur!
Lowlights: had to end it as it was getting past my 20-30 min limit for this week.
