Deadlifts 205x10 225x10 275x10 305x8

Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
BTN DB extensions 70x10 75x10 80x10
skullkrushers 60x10 76x10 80x10

Highlights:Man those deads felt so good. And done with out straps. I never have gone that high without straps...but plan to go much higher!

Lowlights: Just that the workout ended.
