Lat pull downs 105x10 120x10 135x10 165x8 185x4
Seated rows 130x10 150x10 185x10

20 mins of cardio elip trainer

Highlights: Man that PR rocked nice control on the reps need to get a better ROM but that will come. I did not cheat on it just want it a little higher.

Lowlights: None except that cardio sucks.

Notes: I am not doing deadlifts each back workout for a while. I am going to do them 2x a month...I need to rest the lower back area. There is no injury just been reading up on the lift is all.
