NOTES: Ok I went in intending to do 5-8 sets of deadlifts. I wanted 2 sets for warm up got that. I wanted at least 3-5 sets of singles. It just felt right to me for some reason. I did not make that. I got 315 off the floor no prob. I think the shift to 365 was to much but damm it I could get that 5 reps easy 3 months ago. I hate that about taking the time off. I am going to get it back and hit 500 DL by july! On another note I hit 285 in my weight for the first time in years. This keeps up and I may rethink my decision to get gastric bypass in Aug!
