Highlights: The bent rows felt so good. I was bent over more parrell to the floor. Also my biceps still are pumped from that arm work out. I usually use a reg barbell, but some guy was using the rack for a bent row/SDLD thing so I used the barbells that are already made up.

Lowlights: Doing yard work yesterday I slipped with my left foot bending the big toe joint back more than it should. End result my gout is back...taking meds as I write this so hopefully it will be controlled. I am also working 10 hour days this week coming and next week we get a 4 day weekend. But I may not lift till this coming week end.
