Dumbbell curls 30x10 35x10 40x10
barbell curls 95x6 85x9 75x10
preacher Db curls 20x10 25x10 30x6

Highlights: WHOOOOOOO a big number on my deadlifts!

Lowlights: My bicep workout was hurt by the deadlifts...
