Bent rows 135x10 185x10 205x10 225x6 135x5
Deadlifts 185x10 225x10 255x10(got very light headed on the 8th rep) 275x9 (got very light headed on the 8th rep)
Barbell curls 45x10 55x10 65x10 75x10
ez curl bar preacher curls 60x10 65x10 70x10
incline dumbbell curls 25x10 30x6(see lowlights)
Alt DB curls 25x10 30x10 35x10
Highlights: got extra reps on deadlifts on 255 and 275 over last week.
Lowlights: I hate incline curls..I will never do them again all they do is make my shoulders hurt!
