db preacher curls 20x10 25x10 30x10
barbell curls 65x10 75x10 80x6
db curls (alternating arms) 20x10 25x10 30x10 35x8
Highlights; hit 225x10 on deads!! wow what as feeling!
Lowlights: Not a one felt good maybe a littel weak on curls is all....also will have to find a way to make heavier db soon!
