Lat pull downs 160x8 185x6 195x6 210x4

Barbell curls 90x8 105x6 115x4 125x4
DB curls 35x6 40x6 45x6 55x4 25x10 35x10

Highlights: I got it done.

Lowlights: Missed 475 twice that pisses me off...will go for it again in 2 months or so...I think maybe sooner.
