Forgot to write a flog yesterday because I had to go to work straight after the gym. So yesterday I did 20 minutes on the bicycle and I think that made my right leg start hurting when I got to work. For strength I did:

abs
3x15 crunches
3x15 twisting crunches
3x15 lying front kicks

shoulders
sitting shoulder dumbell press 20 reps, 16 reps, 14 reps
sitting lateral dumbell raises 20 reps, 16 reps, 14 reps
bent over dumbell leteral raises (or whatever it's called) 20 reps, 16 reps, 14 reps.

I didn't bother with yoga today because it's been raining and I live in a small place so it makes it difficult to do yoga inside. I went to work for 4 hours and that involves me walking up and down the pool quite a bit.

Since my leg was hurting and I only had to do cardio, I decided it was best not to go to do any dancing or jogging like I intended to do today. I went to the local swimming pool and did some laps. My leg feels better already and I could fall asleep right now.

I didn't do yoga today either. The ground is still wet from the rain. STOP RAINING! It's literally been raining everyday for the past week or two. Except one day!

    Good workout. All you have to do now is keep it up for 40 more years and you'll be just like me :)
