Okay... I'm back... we were in Panorama which is about 20 minutes outside of Invermere, BC. Did a lot of walking around and took some great pictures. Those will come later. Need to download them, sort through them and post. Likely tomorrow.

One of the things we did there was take the ski lift up to the top of the mountain. Then walked down. Interesting workout that was. It was at least a mile, maybe a mile and a half to the bottom. Good workout and a great view of the mountains there.

The wrist is better.. iced up some and wrapped at the workouts... no wrist flexion, or at least very little... stuck to some basic stuff on Wednesday...

Warm Up: Walk uphill to the facility

Leg Press: 180x/224/270/314/336x5
Close/Neutral Grip Chins: 5/5/5
Seated Scott Press (DB's): 5x5x20lbs
DB SLDL: 5x5x40lbs
Machine Crunches: 3x15x30lbs

The altitude last year (went to the same place) sucked the life right outta me... I thought I was gonna die. Had to quit early and sit and rest while I got some colour back into my skin. This year, not so bad. I took it easy with at least one minute between sets. Felt good.

Today (Friday): Stair Climb

There was 95 steps off to the side of the condos we were in. This time, altitude sucked it outta me. My goal was to run up them ten times. After two I had no idea if I could even finish five. I did. Panting and wheezing I wobbled back to the condo. Did some stretching and caught my breath.
