Arrrhghhghh

So I joined the gym around the end of January and it started off really well. I went every day I promised myself I would and did all my exercises.

Then I went away to a bunch of music festivals that went on for a week. This was near the end of February. I was already out of practice from my week off from the gym and I was sunburnt ontop of that. So I lacked motivation to do anything when uni started.

Now I feel disgusting and fat and I want to start gym again. How do I avoid this in the future. By the way, all my gym buddies are unreliable.
