Rested yesterday - we biked to the farmer's market and home with a backpack ful of fresh veggies, mmm.

Today I did arms: with 15 lb dumb bells, 4 sets of 12 reps of each of the following exercises

alternating bicep curls
overhead extension
concentration curls
kickbacks

then I did a 25 minute interval program on the bike.
