Close grip bench press 115x10 135x10 155x10 175x8
skull crushers 70x10 90x10 110x7
DM BTN presses 80x10 90x10 100x10
Press downs 130x10 140x10 160x10 170x8

Highlights: Hit 125x4 for curls with good form!

Lowlights: None except I do not know if I willever get on a cardio schedule. My left foot has gout, if I use the treadmill it tends to act up which equates to lost time since it swells up and hurts. The elipictal trainer does not do this but they are always filled.
