Caught up today...
Warm up - five minutes on mini-trampoline
Standing EZ Bar 21s - 20lbsx1/25lbsx1/25lbsx1
EZ Bar Curls - 20lbsx10/30lbsx10/40lbsx8/55lbsx4 (I found these extra challenging after the 21s. Was going for six on the final set. ha)
Concentration Curls: 10lbsx10/15lbsx10/15lbsx8/20lbsx7
Skullcrushers: 30lbsx10/40lbsx10/50lbsx8/65lbsx6 (last set was pretty tough)
DB Kickbacks: 10lbsx10/10lbsx10/15lbsx8/20lbsx6
Close Grip Pushups: 22 (to failure)
Twisting Bicycles (I have no idea if that's what they're called or not): 2x20
Full Situps: 2x15
