Tri Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
Pressdowns 100x10 120x10 140x10 160x10 180x10 200x10(this was the whole stack and 10lbs added)
DB BTN presses 75x10 85x10

Highlights:I went last night so I would not have to go this morning. Had and still do a great pump.

Lowlights: May have made a mistake doing a heavy back day and then biceps...arms are killing me right now. Took a lot to shave this morning.
