still sick. Didn't want to work out. Did it anyhow...
Bi's and Tri's today. Triceps are a little sore from yesterday...(shoulders and abs are very sore!)
biceps db curls 10lbsx15, 12x12, 15x15, 20x10
superset with
Tricep kickbacks 10x15, 12x12, 15x15, 20x10
barbell curls 45x12, 50x10, 55x8
superset with
triceps pushdowns, straightbar, 30x15, 35x15, 40x15
overhead triceps extension
green bandx15, green +yellowx12, redx8
superset with
reverse curls with band - green x15, green+yellow x 12, red x10
stretched, headed for pwo shake. Glad I made myself do it.
