Another great workout!
I'm now realizing just how much that virus had knocked me down, I have so much more energy this week!! I didn't manage to break 50 in my 9 holes of golf, but I did shoot 51...so I'm getting there! My hubby bought me a new driver which is supposedly better suited for my slow swing speed...ya whatever!, but I hit it beautifully, ave. about 200yds...not too shabby considering I haven't even used a driver in 3 years!!! I easily would have broken 50 except I fell apart on the last 2 holes...golf really is a stupid game!! Anyway, this is supposed to be a log of my workouts not golf (;
Today was leg day...
5min on teadmill
smith squats: 20*25/12*45/12*65/12*85
lunges onto step: 15/12*10/12*15/12*20
leg ext.: 12*50/12*50/10*60/10*60
leg curls: 12*50/12*60/10*60*/8*70
SL DL's: 15*45/12*65/10*85/8*85
calf raises: 20*60/15*60/15*70/15*70
cool down on treadmill to relieve wobbly legs.
streched legs out and then back to work for PWO shake and greek chicken salad
I'm going away for the weekend-starting noon Fri. I may try and get in a run tomorrow morning, but no workouts Sat. and Sun. except for some hiking.
