Another good workout - so short!!!!

Tuesdays - Back and hamstrings

Pull-ups (feet on bench for assistance) 6 reps, 6 reps, 8 reps 9I hate pull-ups, but I know i need to do them!!!) compound set with
Seated cable row - 60X12r, 70X10r, 80x8r (that sucked right after the pull-ups :o )

DB bentover Rows 20X10, 25X10, 25X10 compound set with
Pull-downs 70X10, 70X10, 70X10 (strugglin)

DB SL deadlifts 25X12, 35X10, 40X8

lying leg curls (used bands attached to rack) Blue bandX12, blue+green bandX10, compound set with
Seated hamstring curls 40X12, 50X10

Short, sweet, going to be sore. Still happy!!!! Thanks for the encouragement, everyone!
