Another Awesome Day!! Not sore at all

I anticipated that I would be sore this morning since I bumped up my leg press by 50 lbs yesterday, but none whatsoever. Not sure if it is the NO2 working or not, but I feel fabulous!!
AM
Cardio Sprints
5 minute warm up, 3 minutes at 8.5 minute miles, 3 minutes at 9 minute miles, 3 minutes at 7.5 minute miles, 1 minute at 7 minute miles, 1 minute at 8.5 minute miles and repeated the last two five times w/ a 3 minute cooldown.

Will go back at lunch for chest and abs!!

    Did a good workout, wasn't what I wanted though, my partner was sick so wasn't able to make it. I am sore though from the workout so that is good. I feel dynamite, been on NO2 for almost a week, not sure if it the NO2 or what, but I feel great.
