And Week 7 Begins.......not great start.....
OMG, what a start to Week 7. I was running late this morning, trying to get my kids up, lunches made, breakfast made...you know, the usual, when I realized I had to get my daughter to school in 10min and hadn't had my breakfast yet. So, figured I'd just make a quick protien shake. While multitasking, I left the bottom of my hand blender in the glass full of the pr shake, thinking, that really isn't a smart thing to do as I walked back to the sink....well it wasn't a smart thing! It tipped over onto the counter then onto the floor, spewing protien shake everywhere, including all over me. After yelling F_** ,I had too clean up the huge sticky mess, get changed, wash protien out of my hair.....great start to the day! Still managed to get my daughter to school, only 5 min. late, and made myself a PB/banana on sm whole wheat tortilla to go...hey, shit happens :)
Workout
3 sets crunch/oblique/abs on incline bench, last 2 sets with 10lb plate
4 sets BB press 12X45/10X55/10X55/8X60lb
3 sets dbl incline press 12X15lb
3 sets seated cbl row 12X60/70/80lb
3 sets pec dec 12X45/50/55lb
SS 3 sets wide lat pull downs(60lb)//push downs (40lb)
40min run on treadmill. first 10min at 5.5mph, last 30min at 6mph. I passed the time playing a virtual round of golf in my head...worked pretty good and best score I've had! Interesting how I don't work up too much of a sweat running on a treadmill anymore,guess my body is just used to it. I'm going to have blisters though, because I didn't have the right socks on and the extra 5 min. of running makes a difference on my feet.

shiritake noodles(8oz) 0F, 10C, 1P, 40cal (these are awesome, and made from flour)
red pepper
protien(1 scoop) 2F, 4C, 24P, 120cal
oatmeal(1 packet) 2F, 21C, 1P, 120cal
Going out for dinner because we're going to see a comedian tonight (Billy Connelley) so i plan to have a salad with lean protien. Before dinner my intake is 950cal, 23 Fat, 107Carbs, and 80 protien....so I'll likely have a protien shake before bed, depending what dinner is.
Other than my morning fiasco, it's been a good day...
Hey, if anyone is interested in these noodles, let me know. They can be hard to find,especially in Canada, but I have a list of stores in the states.
