I was set to go for a run and test out my new GPS Forerunner gadget. Alas, I was to have Sears come by and repair my fridge, but of course they said they'd be there between 8 and 12 and are still a no show. Not impressed!

I need to get things ready for a 4 day weekend at a cottage, so I don't think I'll get in a run after work either. It also looks like rain.

Oh well...could probably use a rest day anyway. I won't get in any wts, runs or cycling at the lake, but I plan to practice my open water swimming. I'll be back on Tuesday.....
