Ahhh....Hot Yoga day and all clear from physio...
I just got back from my 3rd Hot Yoga class in a week. Boy am I hooked, even decided to pre-pay for 10 sessions. I'm going to go Thursdays and Sundays(when I can). My body is adjusting to the heat, in that the sweat wasn't pouring off me this time and I didn't feel like I might pass out. I'm even getting better at the poses. This is such a nice compliment to all the other workouts I'm doing and it's a nice break in the middle of the week.
I have my fencing class tonight, so after mellowing with yoga I can get out my aggressions with duelling---life is good!
Physio says I can get back to working my upper body (had to confess I was still doing bi's and tri's, to which he just rolled his eyes...) So tomorrow it's back to the gym for a full body workout..woohoo (I really need to get a life!)
