Ah.. tonight felt good...

After reading some posts about muscle twitches, I decided to push it a bit more tonight...although I'm not sure just yet to tell when you're twitching or shaking... ha...
Anyway.. chest and abs tonight..
Incline DB Flys: 12x15/20x20/10x30/8x35
Flat DB Press: 15x20/13x25/11x30/8x35 (these were supposed to be Flys... guess I should read a little closer next time...)
Push Ups: 10/10/10
Ball Oblique Crunch: 20/20/20
Crunches: 25x60/25x60/25x60
Added the push ups in tonight... kinda spent now and can really feel my chest now... cool...
