Warm up - 11 minutes on the eliptical

Preacher Curls: 10lbs (Plus bar) x10/20lbs (plus bar) x10
Tricep Rope Pull Downs: 15.5kgx10/20.5kgx10
Inverted Leg Squats: 220lbsx10/240lbsx11 (I think I can add more weight)
Ball Rolls (Hams): 15x2
Smith Incline: 84lbsx10/94lbsx10
Chest Press: 10platesx10/10platesx8
Lat Pull Downs: 10platesx10/12platesx10 (gonna drop some weight as my form was off)
Seated Row: 10platesx10/11platesx10
Leg Raises: 15x2
Planking: 2x30 seconds
