Abs-suppose to do cardio...

Alright, things can slow down anytime now. I had a choice, cardio or ab work. I chose abs! I have 15 people coming over tonight, and I still have to go to the store to get all the fixins.

YES! I do all the cooking now. Once in awhile my wife will do a night or two.

Anywho, week 6 is coming to a close, macro's have been pretty good, kinda messed with them a day here and a day there. Still eating clean, and feeling pretty good. Hope to get cardio in once this weekend, and maybe chest/back on Sunday. Monday weigh in, and the first day of week 7.
