Wednesday we have the final weight in for our fitness challenge... I know our team will show poorly as some of the members weren't into it whole-heartly.... despite my efforts of motivation... oh well.... they lose...

Anyhoo... today's workout is as follows:

Warm up - 11 minutes on eliptical'
Preacher Curls: 35lbsx10/45lbsx10
Tricep Rope Pull Downs: 17.5kgx10/22.5kgx10
Inverted Squats: 240lbsx10/240lbsx10
Ball Rolls (Hams): 15x2
Smith Incline: 84lbsx10/94lbsx10
Chest Press: 9 plates x 10/10 plates x 10 (watch form!)
Seated Row: 10 plates x 10/11 plates x 10
Lat Pull Downs: 10 plates x10/10 plates x 10
Hanging Leg Tucks: 15x2
Decline Crunches: 20x2
