A normal routine returns Monday

No more mornings... at least for now... things are going to be back to normal starting Monday... of course, normal is all relative. So, back to regular eating habits and normal sleep patterns.

Todays workout:

Five minute warm-up on the mini-trampoline

Incline B-Press: 60lbsx10/80lbsx10/100lbsx8/110lbsx6 (was starting to lose form)
Flat B-Press: 60lbsx10/80lbsx10/100lbsx8/110lbsx6
EZ Bar Curls: 20lbsx10/30lbsx10/40lbsx8/50lbsx7
Conc Curls: 10lbsx10/15lbsx10/15lbsx8/25lbsx5 (I did six on the right arm)
Skullcrushers: 30lbsx10/40lbsx10/45lbsx8/50lbsx6
Close Grip Pushups: 2x10/1x7
Lying Side Leg Raises: 15x3
Stomach Vacs: 4x30seconds
