A bit of a sweat today...

Not too sure why... I don't really think I did much extra...

Anyhoo... chest and abs today...

Incline DB Flys: 12x15/12x20/10x30/8x35
Bench Press: 12x70/12x100/10x100/8x105
Push Ups: 10/10/10

Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises: 15/15/15
Leg Raises: 15/15/15
Twisting Crunches: 15/15/15

Shoulder feels a little tight, but not in pain. Will track down the doc tomorrow...
