7/11/2018 - Lower Body

Good workout, was pressed for time and it was lower body so I just focused on Squats.
I did 8 sets of Squats, seated calf raises and some abb exercises which I typically do on lower body day.
It was good, I would have liked to mix in some additional leg exercies such as leg press, extension or stiff legged deads but time didn't permit so I just went heavy on squats and killed for 8 sets....needless to say it was great.
