Legs Night. Worked really late, stopped at gym immediately afterwards. No food intake - felt the difference (allergy meds didn't help either)couldn't lift usual amounts, felt tired/rundown. Tried a MRbar beforehand - awful. Note to self: don't waste money on them again! Got through the workout though, hence the 6/10 passing grade.
