So I had a great workout yesterday.

I'm still getting back into the swing of things and figuring some things out but here I am;

Decline Barbell Bench
Barbell Bentover Row
Wide Grip Pulldowns
Standing Overhead Press
Standing Barbell Curls
Overhead Tricep Extension
