Was a good workout today.....been on a upper (moderate) lower (heavy) upper (moderate) schedule the last 3 weeks...giving it a try.  Seems to be good so far.

Today;

Flat Barbell Bench
Hammer Strength Incline Bench

Barbell Bent Over Row
Hammer Strength High Row

Standing Overhead Press

Seated Dumbell Curls

Standing Overhead Tricep Extension with Dumbells
