3rd workout and sweating (addition)

Just finished my 3rd workout. Went all the way thru. Even did a walking in place 10 count between each exercise. Gonna do 10 minutes beginner zumba and some house work to finish up. Feeling Good and on point. starting my diet foods next monday. No more soda or other unhealthy drinks. mostly water. healthy snacks and alotta healthy subsitutes for some things i have to have. Plans to start at the Y! next month. :) succeding
