30 day challenge: Day 18

I was incredibly tired today. It was my first day of uni so I was walking around all day with heavy books in my bag. First class was acting so lots of movement there. It was good.

Then I started day 18 of my challenge.

First 100 tricep dips. (Don't ask me how I managed to do it at my state. I was knackered.) I took a few breaks of course :P

Then I finished off with 50 squat jumps.
