Highlights: I felt good and storng
Lowlights:Ok on deadlifts I had a sinus headache going in the gym. I was fine up till the 8th rep of the 315 set. At that point the pain in the back of my head became very brutal. AS i set the bar down on the 10th rep I almost passed out. I sat down with a towel over my head with my gallon jug filled with ice on the back of my head. It took almost 10 mins for me to be able to move. I had a guy come up to ask if I needed help. I got 335x8 same thing happened. Tried 365 and it was a bust. I then went on to tri and doing the SK my right tri started to burn and my right elbow hurt so I quit and went home. I am fine now.
