Yesterday, I did Cathe Friedrich's - iMax 2, 10 step aerobic high intensity routines. It lasts for about an hour and is an advanced workout. It's so much fun though, I don't even feel like I am exercising. After that I did a 20 min upper body routine and the Firm's 5 Day Abs - Day 4 which is the toughest of all 5 ab routines on the DVD. It's an oldie but a goodie. I also purchased two more Cathe Friedrich DVDs. Cathe is my favorite instructor. She is tough but fun.

    Your work outs sound like an adventure in designer clothing. Just sayin'. Have you tried Bluto's "I can kick Popeye's ass" routine? I can send you the tape but its on Beta.
