Yesterday, I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Step Kickboxing. It's a 55 min workout with 4 step-kickboxing routines and two aerobic w/weights routines for muscle endurance plus a 7 min. ab workout. It's a lot of fun, I really like Kelly. I read in my psychology class that exercise really helps peoples minds stay young. Exercise delays the onset of aging -associated memeory loss. So don't forget to workout. :)

    Good job. Wish I could kick box. I find moving very quickly difficult these days. That's why we ball room dance. Salsa steps and swing dancing are fast and that's our limit. Mobile pain at 60 is surprising.
