So I haven't been on the site much except to reference my workout. In fact just now added friend requests, Sorry everybody. I am noticing fat loss n fluctuations in weight. I am a single mom so I am having alot of trouble with diet part. Any pointers feel free, I'm not the type to get butt hurt over comments. Hope everybody is feeling fantastic!

    Try buying more fruit to snack on and nuts are good too. Also, there are tons of websites with healthy 20 min meals. You and your child/children will both fell better and have more energy. You will sleep better too. Hope I've helped.
