C&P/Pullup Ladders:
3 ladders of 3 rungs with the 16kg

Pushups: 10/10 (elevated feet)x2

Roller & Stretch: 16:30

Thoughts: Overall, not bad. Not sure I'm ready for high volume swings yet. Maybe I'll a few a try tonight.

    hahaha... the clock actually said 16:47 or something, but I walked to get the roller, so I rounded down. ha

    Are you sure you didn't do 16:31 roller stretch? Good to see you feeling better. Pain free yet?
