Today, I did cl. grip bench, incline dumbell, and smith machine military supersetted with dumbell, military....I had planned on doing direct tricep work, when my training partner insisted that we do what I had proposed the last week.
We had three lifters, 2 easy curl bars...1 bar had 10's and 5's while the other bar just had 10's. One person started and went for 10 reps while another person was working on the lighter bar, the third lifter had a rest. We did this for about 5-7 minutes of ten reps each before the smallest lifter had to drop out. When it was just me and the other lifter, we started just doing the heavy bar. We continued for another 5-7minutes before he dropped out....Wow...what a workout and a pump my biceps got.
