Would love a diet plan/Help

Hiya all,
I was just wanting to ask if anyone could give me alittle or alot of advice on a diet plan/weight loss program to help me along the way, As you might see ive only joined this site today but already it seems really good and will start the weekly program they have on exercise tab (the At home workout program one)
Some info about me,
I'am a 26 years old male, 14 and a half to 15 stone, 5ft 6in (ish)
My normal monday to friday day is get up about 10-11Am and have a coffee, Drive to work, start work at 12:30 have lunch at 15:00 finish work at 22:30 drive home. get home at 23:30 then sit on my computer then bed for about 3am, weekends are with my kids,
Most days i have nothing for breakfast, some ready meal for lunch and snack the rest of the day, (junk food) my job is not demanding,  i work in a office build as security/building management, a fair amount of walking is involed but not much more,

I hope someone can help alittle
