I looked at the workout that was given to by this site and just for an example they only have me doing 2 exercises for my bi's and tri's. i my self dont think that is enough. i was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me if that will work or if i should add in a few other exercises. thanks

How many do you need? It's not how many excercises you do but HOW you do the exercises that matters. I rarely do more than 4 resistance exercises in a workout (not including some type of ab work).

If you took a routine from here at FT, the exercises are fine. It doesn't only consider targeting primary muscle for the exercise, but the other exercises target them as secondary movements. Try the program and see the results.
