I have been trying to gain mass for over 4 months now, and to say the truth, I haven't been eating a whole lot. I've been getting 150 grams of protein and not much of carbs. Probably about 150 grams also. My fat intake is low. I have been seeing some strength gains, but I'm not sure about size. I have noticed that my face is getting a bit ckunkier. Could this be because I'm getting fatter or is there some type of food that makes you gain more weight from your face? I heard sodium does that, and I have been intaking quite a bit of sodium lately. Could that be why?
I'm 160 lbs now ( I was 150 about 3 weeks ago)and 5 8
Thanks for the posts

Everyone stores fat in different places first. I know myself I store it in my hips and abs first.
Bigandrew is right though, if your gaining you really should be eatting more. You totally need a snack between breakfast and lunch.
-------------- - Its never about how much you can lift or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time your not eating enough and anyways, being hungry sucks.
