I'm 15 and workout with weights regularly to get bigger for football. My arms, chest, and abs are all very built but im 5'7" and only weigh 135. I have virtually no body fat and I want to keep this but I'm looking for some ideas of what to eat regularly before and after a workout to make myself weigh more and get bigger. I'm looking to gain about 30 to 40 pounds but dont know how to get there. Give me some ideas of what you body builders eat so I can get a new nutritional plan going. Thanks guys.
