Back at it again...trying to lose this weight! How does it work? I would like to loose 100+ pounds, but im so confused with were to start. I ve stopped eating hambugers and I've cut back on my eating out. My focus right now is eating right. I want to work out, but I don't to get in over my head. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
